Nice country feel, like I'm visiting grandma's kitchen again. The breakfast items are delicious. Biscuits are quality. Good gravy too. My favorite is the Alamo (biscuits and gravy + scrambled eggs) with a side of bacon added! Service is great, they are fairly fast, and accommodating.

I came today for my first visit. I had the daily special turkey and dressing. The food was home made and so great. The service was great and customer service top notch. I finished my meal with homemade strawberry shortcake that was served on homemade yellow cake. Will def. Return as a regular! 🩷

This is a nice little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Had breakfast here last week. The food was delicious. I had an omelet with homefries, cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

This is one of our favorite spots in Lakeland and definitely our favorite diner! The food is amazing and the friendly staff make you feel at home. The chicken and Swiss sandwich is the way to go paired with the soup of the day that never fails to satisfy!

Had a mixed experience with my recent breakfast. The smoked sausage had really good flavor, and the toast was perfectly done those parts were definitely the highlights. On the downside, the potatoes were burnt and didn’t have any seasoning, and the grits were bland, which took away from the overall meal. With a little more attention to seasoning and preparation, the food could be much better. I decided to rate it a 4 instead of a 3 because the customer service was fast, friendly, and very attentive. The staff made me feel welcome, and that helped balance out some of the issues with the food. With a few small tweaks in the kitchen, this place has the potential to improve a lot.
